CHILDREN OF PRO LABORE DEI
"Educate their
young". This was the Lord's injunction to his servant Sr. Stella
Maris in 1991. In response to this, she began a mini-school for children
of destitutes in the slum area of Ibadan, Nigeria. This has grown into
fully blown Nursery/Primary Schools with branches in various parts of the
country. Some of the graduates of these Primary schools are now in
reputable Secondary schools in Nigeria, from there they will attend
University education, please God. Thus, the cycle of
destitution or poverty is broken in their families. The task is enormous
for Pro Labore Dei but not impossible with God. You can help sponsor a
child by contributing. We pray God's Blessing
on you and your family as you lift one poor child from the grass to Grace.
These children will not fail us, please God, as they are children with
great potential.
